Service & Support

This is often the most critical area of any IT system. However, 2fourseven does not offer maintenance contracts as we believe that once installed properly, a system should be virtually fault free. To back up that belief, we offer a true 24/7 telephone support, and real world on-site response times.

The 24/7 service even extends to single users working remotely from a main network system that we have supplied or are supporting. All of our corporate systems are supplied with a one year hardware warranty and 2fourseven will undertake to process any warranty claims on individual components outside 2fourseven’s warranty on your behalf.

Existing clients will shortly have access to our new on-line Service and Support Portal where they can obtain access to our on-line knowledge base for general FAQ’s, request non-urgent support via email, and will have access our new service and on-site attendance order system which will allow you to submit an interactive service request.
